The hosting infrastructure consists of private clouds with production and standby facilities hosted 100 miles apart, all managed to ISO270001and Cyber Essentials standards. Monitoring and standby engineers ensure that this is a responsive, 24/7 service.
Our ITIL support desk provides ISO20000-certified support to our customers covering all hardware and software issues. Support is available during working hours, as well as out of hours, 365 days a year. SLAs are carefully monitored and adhered to and the support service frequently exceed their targets.
